“That’s my son and he has taken to music and I’m very proud of him because I wish I had those kinds of creative skills. I’m very proud of what he does. I enjoy music but I don’t have any musical skills at all. His songs are very good and I think the lyrics are tremendous.”

To him, he didn’t have problems when his son decided to venture into music after studying Economics in one of the best universities in the world because music is a very creative kind of career that one can engage in.

He believes that, people have their different kind of talent so he would never have tried to talk his son out of what he loves to do or impose on him a career like law.

Mr. Tsikata said, as a brilliant Lawyer, a career in Law was not forced on him and that he was inspired by his Uncle but Manifest is inspired by his grandfather Pro. Nketia so he could not have imposed a career in Law on the rapper.

Tsatsu Tsikata was glad that, his son had developed himself and has found his God-given ability adding that, it’s imperative that, every individual finds him/herself and their God given gifts so that they develop them into something profitable.

Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang’s foreword of ‘Working with Rawlings’.

0

A book written by Professor Kwamena Ahwoi’s sought to catalogue events that took place in the NDC from its PNDC days with their leader being Rt.Lt. Jerry John Rawlings.

However, it has come under serious scrutiny since its launch. The founder of the NDC who happens to be the supporter has taken a serious view of some of its contents.

He has indicated that, he will soon deal with what he referred to as an attempt by Professor Ahwoi to belittle him by peddling false statement about him.

Apparently, to avoid the wrath of Mr Rawlings, Dan Abodakpi, Dr. Omane Boamah and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa have disassociated themselves from the book and its parts that made references to them.

Interestingly, not many people have realized that, the foreword of the book which has been described as having the potential to ruin the NDC’s chances in the upcoming elections was written by the party’s running mate probably before being chosen to partner its candidate.

It is instructive to note that, this story does not seek to suggest that, the running mate of John Dramani Mahama, Naana Opoku Agyemang wrote anything negative against Mr Rawlings. She did her job as any other person would have done in writing a foreword.

See what Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang wrote:

Don’t try to talk or sound like Ebony – Bullet to new female artist.

0

Artiste manager Bullet has warned new female artiste not to imitate the late singer Ebony.
According to him, it is wearisome to see artistes who want to be signed onto his Rufftown records come to him trying to mimic her.
“Ebony is irreplaceable. Ebony is like Bob Marley, Tupac and Michael Jackson. She is irreplaceable. She is the first female artist of the year and she is still the artiste of the year even after her demise. It has been almost 3 years, y’all not scared of such an icon?”

Bullet said that, even at the time he introduced Wendy Shay to the world, he never saw her as a replacement for the ‘Date Your Father’ hitmaker.

The CEO of Rufftown Records stated that, it is important new artiste maintained their originality instead of trying so hard to be a replacement of the late Ebony.
